Whether you fly it, drive it, or sleep in it — we help keep it dry.
From carports and garages to RV storage and airplane hangars, the Dripstop™ condensation-control membrane protects both what you park and the building that covers it.
Protect Your Vehicles and Buildings with Built-In Condensation Control.
Dripstop™ is a membrane factory-applied to the underside of metal roofing panels for vehicle storage structures before they arrive at the job site—so roofing panels require no additional labor on-site for contractors. It’s ideal for uninsulated metal roofs in non-climate-controlled garages, carports, hangars, and storage buildings. The membrane absorbs condensation directly at the panel surface and releases it as conditions warm, helping reduce drips, corrosion, and damage to vehicles and structures.
- Car & Truck Ports: Absorbs moisture before it drips, keeping vehicles clean and preventing corrosion or rust from forming on finishes and frames.
- RV Storage: Controls roof condensation that can cause mildew, stains, and corrosion on RV exteriors and fixtures; keeps the building and vehicles dry and protected.
- Airplane Hangars: Reduces condensation and corrosion on airframes, electronics, and tools; maintains a clean, controlled environment for aircraft storage and service.
- Unattached Garages: Prevents condensation from dripping onto cars, tools, or interior surfaces; helps protect both the building and what’s stored inside.
Why it works: When warm, humid air inside a building meets the cold underside of a metal roof, condensation forms. Instead of letting that moisture build up and drip down, the Dripstop membrane captures it—just like a sponge holding water—until the temperature rises, the roof warms, and the moisture evaporates back into the air.
Applicability: Designed specifically for metal roofing panels used on garages, carports, hangars, and other non-climate-controlled structures; suitable for both wood and metal framed buildings
Car & Truck Ports
Everyday protection starts at the roof.
Carports face constant temperature swings, dew, and humidity that lead to condensation on metal panels. When moisture drips, it spots finishes, damages vehicle exteriors, and encourages rust on tools and equipment. Over time, that same moisture can stain or corrode the structure itself and vehicles.
Dripstop™ provides built-in protection that keeps vehicles and structures dry. The factory-applied membrane absorbs condensation before it falls, then releases it when conditions warm — maintaining a clean, drip-free environment without added labor or maintenance.
How Dripstop™ Helps:
- Absorbs and releases roof condensation before it drips onto vehicles.
- Protects car and truck finishes from moisture-related damage.
- Prevents rust, stains, and corrosion on metal frames and panels.
- Helps reduce maintenance and repair costs on vehicles.
RV Storage
Your home away from home deserves a dry roof overhead.
RV storage buildings are even more prone to condensation than standard garages. Their large interior volume and high ceilings trap warm, humid air that quickly condenses on the cool underside of uninsulated metal roofs. This moisture can drip onto roofs, slides, vents, and seals—causing stains, mildew, and long-term corrosion.
Dripstop™ helps control that moisture before it becomes a problem, keeping surfaces cleaner and reducing the need for frequent washing or maintenance. By maintaining a drier environment, it protects both your RV and the structure that shelters it.
How Dripstop™ Helps:
- Controls condensation on large metal roof spans typical of RV storage.
- Protects RV exteriors and seams from corrosion and mildew.
- Prevents dripping that damages floors and finishes.
- Preserves the value of your RV investment and resale price.
Airplane Hangars
When precision means safety, moisture can’t interfere.
Aircraft and aviation equipment demand the highest level of care. In uninsulated metal hangars, condensation can drip from the roof and cause corrosion on wings, airframes, and electronics. Moisture also affects stored tools, aviation supplies, and sensitive components.
Dripstop™ provides consistent condensation control in hangars of any size. The membrane absorbs moisture directly at the roof surface, protecting aircraft and structural steel alike — all without adding time or labor to installation.
How Dripstop™ Helps:
- Prevents condensation drips that can corrode airframes and equipment.
- Reduces humidity-related deterioration of electronics and materials.
- Maintains a cleaner, safer environment for aircraft storage and maintenance.
- Helps prevent costly corrosion and maintenance issues, protecting aircraft value and reducing long-term upkeep expenses.
Unattached Garages
A better garage starts with a dry ceiling.
Unattached garages experience wider temperature and humidity swings than attached ones, making them especially prone to condensation. Without the shared walls or insulation of a home to buffer temperature changes, these standalone structures cool and heat rapidly. Moisture in the air condenses on the underside of the metal roof, and over time, that dripping can rust tools, damage vehicles, and ruin drywall or interior finishes.
Dripstop™ stops condensation from becoming a problem by absorbing it at the source. Factory-applied and maintenance-free, it keeps garages cleaner, drier, and ready to use year-round.
How Dripstop™ Helps:
- Controls condensation that leads to rust and water damage.
- Keeps vehicles, tools, and stored items dry and protected.
- Prevents mold or mildew growth from recurring dampness.
- Helps prevent costly repairs and replacements caused by moisture damage—protecting your tools, vehicles, and the value of your garage.
